Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed by a bright open-plan living area with expansive windows flooding in natural light from every angle. Socialise with your group on the comfortable sofa around a fireplace that contributes in creating a home-away-from home atmosphere. On the opposite side, a cosy dining table beckons for memorable meals with a stunning background that frames breathtaking views of the coastline. While, nearby, a fully-equipped kitchen will provide the cook of the group with everything he may need to prepare tasty dishes.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Rumoroso were designed to immerse guests in the tranquillity of its surroundings. The villa's barbecue area is perfect for alfresco dining, while the cosy porches offer a sheltered spot to unwind. Villa Rumoroso can accommodate up to 8 guests across four lovingly decorated en-suite bedrooms, comfortably providing space for both families and group of friends. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom and a cosy room with bunk beds, perfect for sleeping 2 children. Upstairs, guests will find two additonal double bedrooms, conveying a warm atmosphere.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities. The property also has its own alarm system.

For larger groups wishing to stay close by to one another, you can also consider the nearby property, Villa La Gaviota, which sleeps 10-18 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 8 guests (From 1st July - 7th September) and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and weekly linen change. VAT excluded and is charged on top.

Please note, outside the peak season (all other periods) the prices are based on up to 6 guests. Up to 2 extra guests can be accommodated at an additional charge.

An 8 night minimum stay will apply over peak season.

A 10-minute drive away, visitors can explore the charming towns of Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera, celebrated for their historical and artistic heritage and featuring a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Further afield, discover the medieval village of Santillana del Mar and its renowned Altamira Caves.

Santander Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the villa.
