Spanning 350m², the villa boasts a fresh, airy design that seamlessly integrates the stunning surroundings into its interiors, adorned with natural and contemporary decor. At its heart, the open-plan living area invites guests to socialise on comfortable sofas and share meals around the elegant dining table. Here, a fireplace adds a cosy touch to the space, creating a home-away-from home feeling. Nearby, a fully-equipped kitchen will have everything you need to prepare tasty dishes as well as a breakfast bar area, perfect for enjoying a light snack and refreshment.

The villa's outdoor amenities are equally impressive, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Expansive terraces and a fully-equipped barbecue area create the perfect setting for hosting alfresco meals. Alternatively, for quieter afternoon tea, completely unwind on one of the outdoor lounge areas in the middle of the beautiful private garden while appreciating the soothing sound of waves and the fresh sea breeze. Nature lovers will enjoy a stroll through the colourful vegetable garden, and children will have the joy of a swing set and plenty of lawn to play on.

The main luxury highlight of Villa La Gaviota is its heated outdoor swimming pool. At the end of a full day of activities in Cantabria, you will be looking forward to coming back to Villa La Gaviota for a refreshing swim with a stunning, uninterrupted background of the turquoise Cantabrian Sea. Should you wish for a change of scenery, the villa features private direct access to over 2km of white sand on Oyambre Beach. Back inside, there is a cosy TV lounge for anyone needing a moment of respite indoors.

Villa La Gaviota can accommodate a total of 18 guests across eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay for different group configurations. Split between three floors, all rooms have been lovingly decorated to soft tones and elegant furnishing to convey a warm and cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, guests will find two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while the first floor hosts three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Finally, the lower floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a children's dormitory with six bunk beds and an additional trundle bed, ideal for younger guests. In one of the doubles, there is also a sofa bed if needing to take the villa up to maximum capacity. Additional bathrooms and lounges ensure everyone has their own space.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities.

For larger groups wishing to stay close by to one another, you can also consider the nearby property, Villa Rumoroso, which sleeps 6-8 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and weekly linen change. VAT excluded and is charged on top. All additional guests charged extra.

A 10-minute drive away, visitors can explore the charming towns of Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera, celebrated for their historical and artistic heritage and featuring a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Further afield, discover the medieval village of Santillana del Mar and its renowned Altamira Caves.

Santander Airport is approximately a 45 minute drive from the villa.
