This luxury Spanish villa accommodates groups of various sizes, comfortably hosting 8 guests with the possibility of extending to a maximum of 21 across 7 bedrooms. Villa La Península is a masterpiece of architecture, designed to harmonize with its stunning surroundings. As you enter the property, expansive windows frame panoramic views of the sea, river, and dense forests, allowing natural light to flood the cosy and elegant open-plan living area. Here, a comfortable seating area sets the perfect atmosphere where to socialise together, while a fireplace adds a warm touch through the winter months. There's a small round dining table on this floor, while the main kitchen and dining area is found on the floor below. Here, a large light modern kitchen and dining space provides your group the perfect mealtime setting. On the top floor, an impressive watchtower lounge space provides a breathtaking vantage point and would be the perfect corner for reading or morning coffees.

The villa's outdoor spaces are equally captivating. Large terraces and outdoor dining areas create a delightful space for alfresco meals and BBQs with the sound of waves crashing in the background. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy relaxing moments under the open sky in one of the many outdoor lounge areas in the villa's large garden. For those seeking a closer connection to nature, the property has its own organic vegetable garden and private access to a secluded cove, ideal for peaceful walks by the water.

One of the luxury highlights of Villa La Península is its private-heated swimming pool which offers an unparalleled vantage point to soak up the mesmerizing coastal views, while enjoying a refreshing swim. Kids can enjoy games in the pool while parents relax on the loungers or take respite in the shade of the covered pool house terrace.

Villa La Península can sleep a total of 21 guests across seven thoughtfully designed bedrooms and six bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all groups' configurations. The interiors are warm, inviting, and meticulously detailed, combining modern amenities with rustic charm to create a space that feels both luxurious and homely. Split between the first and ground floor, the property features four double bedrooms, as well as a children's dormitory sleeping a total of 6 children across two set of bunk beds. For further guests, the watchtower can be converted into an extra bedroom thanks to its sofa bed, there is also a triple bedroom with extra sofa bed in the pool house.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests (From 1st June - 30th September) and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and weekly linen change. VAT excluded and is charged on top.

Please note, during mid-season (April, May, Bank Holidays and Christmas) or Low Season (all other periods) the minimum occupancy is reduced to 8 guests. All additional guests charged extra.

For beach lovers, the area boasts hidden gems like El Pedreru and Amió, nearly secret stretches of sand framed by pristine landscapes. For days out, the Altamira and Soplao Caves are under 30 minutes away, while the Cabárceno Natural Park is 40 minutes away. The majestic Picos de Europa mountain range is just over an hour away, offering unforgettable opportunities for exploration and adventure.

Santander Airport is at approximately 50 minutes drive from the villa.
