Nestled on a serene hilltop in Cantabria, Villa Evarista offers a luxurious retreat surrounded by lush green meadows, breathtaking sea and mountain views. Spreading across 450m², the property has seven spacious bedrooms, accommodating for 8–18 guests. It provides an unparalleled blend of elegance and comfort, perfect for groups of friends and families alike.

Villa Evarista's design seamlessly integrates with its surroundings. As you enter the property, large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and the stunning landscape. Here, guests will find two living and dining areas, offering plenty of space for socialising on comfortable sofas and enjoying delicious meals. Nearby, a fully-equipped country-style kitchen will have everything you may need to prepare home-made dishes. Every detail, from the refined wooden floors to the high ceilings, reflects sophistication and comfort.

The villa's outdoor spaces are equally captivating. Multiple terraces are furnished for lounging and alfresco dining, with a barbecue area inviting you to savour meals while basking in the picturesque scenery. The sprawling 5,000m² private garden features manicured lawns, an organic vegetable garden, and a children's play area complete with swings. Alternatively, for moments of pure relaxation, head to the indoor-heated swimming pool framed by glass walls that provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. This thoughtful design creates a tranquil ambiance, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of Cantabria regardless of the season.

Villa Evarista can accommodate a total of 18 guests across seven bedrooms, all complete of their private bathrooms. All rooms have been decorated with a similar style, conveying a warm yet sophisticated ambiance. The first floor has 5 beautifully appointed double bedrooms each with their own en-suites. The remaining two rooms are found on the ground floor, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds and trundle options, perfect for families travelling with children.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities. The property also has its own alarm system.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests (From 1st July - 7th of September) and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping and weekly linen change. VAT excluded and is charged on top. All additional guests charged extra.

Please note, during mid-season (April, May, June, Bank Holidays and Christmas) or Low Season (all other periods) the prices are based on up to 8 guests. All additional guests charged extra.

An 8 night minimum stay will apply over peak season.

Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, Villa Evarista enjoys a privileged location with panoramic views of the Cantabrian Sea and the dramatic peaks of the Picos de Europa mountains. The villa is located within the coastal village of Prellezo only 6 minutes drive away and offering a range of local shops, bar and restaurants.

This idyllic setting immerses guests in tranquillity while providing easy access to Cantabria's main attractions. A short drive from the villa (5 minutes) leads to Cala Berellín, a hidden coastal gem among Cantabria's treasures. This pristine beach, framed by cliffs and lapped by crystal-clear turquoise waters, is perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or simply soaking up the sun. Further along the coast is the popular town of San Vicente de la Barquera, only 7 minutes drive away. For nature lovers and adventurers, the villa is ideally situated 15 minutes drive from the Oyambre Natural Park.

Santander Airport is approximately a 50 minute drive from the villa.
