Villa Primosten is a sophisticated, contemporary and luxury villa with private pool which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa is arranged on three floors and built on sloping ground. Arty design meets airy rooms in this uniquely furnished villa. Because of property position, villa provides a high degree of privacy, so you are able to enjoy your holidays and relax.

One the ground floor, you are welcomed into a social entertainment space. There is a spacious and comfortable living room with two large sofas, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The long terrace of the ground floor offers a magnificent view of the horizon and sunset, while you are having dinner or enjoying a glass of wine.

The villa's four bedrooms occupy the upper floor. All bedrooms have majestic sunset views through large panoramic windows, all are fully furnished with large double beds, bedside and wardrobe storage, side lights and flat screen satellite TVs. A separate suite on the top floor is fully self-contained with a small kitchen, living area, dining table and double bedroom and bathroom. The suite also has a terrace with its own furniture.

The charming and modern designed courtyard of Villa Magic Primosten is a truly special part of the residence. It has infinity pool that reflects the day and night time light - a great place to take that late evening dip under the stars or that sunset swim. Generous balconies and terraces enjoy far reaching views over the pool to the sea. With comfy outside seating, alfresco dining and a barbecue, you can make the most of the outside space here. There is also a refurbished stone walkway takes you down to your own seafront sunbathing area. In all, it is a fabulous villa.

For added convenience the villa also offers private parking and and outdoor shower.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa with basic daily housekeeping, towel changes and villa maintenance. Tourist tax also included.

Location

Set by the crystal clear sea in small place called Bilo, only 5km away from famous Primosten. With the beach and sea on your doorstep it is the perfect escape from the busy city life. Local restaurants can be accessed by a short 1.5km car journey. There are restaurants, shops and water park approximately a 15 minute drive away in the town of Sibenik. Other great day trips are to the nearby National Parks, including the Krka Waterfalls and the Plitvice Lakes.

Primosten is one of the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches. It is situated in the south, between the cities of Sibenik and Trogir, on the Adriatic Coast. The largest beach in Primosten is called Raduca, and its smaller part, Mala Raduca, is voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The area offers crystal blue sea and numerous beaches, preserved old stone architecture, pleasant climate and open-hearted host. Close to Dalmatian tourist centers such as Rogoznica, town of Sibenik, Trogir, town of Split and also two Croatian National Parks: Krka Waterfalls and Kornati Islands.
