Villa Bloom is a lovingly renovated luxury villa that blends history, elegance, and modern sophistication. Set within 2,500 m² of landscaped gardens and terraces, Villa Bloom boasts an impressive main residence, complimented by a separate one-bedroom apartment in the annexe. Sleeping a total of up to 14 guests, this meticulously preserved estate reflects centuries of architectural heritage, ensuring a unique luxury villa holiday on the Dalmatian Coast.

As you step inside, the restored interiors showcase classic 18th-century design, featuring intricate details and timeless stonework, harmoniously paired with modern facilities. The grand living area, features a reception area with a fireplace and corner seating area. To one side, a cosy lounge offers a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa space to relax as well as a more formal table and chairs set up, for light conversation. To the other side, there's a large dining area as well as a modern kitchen, perfect for hosting long dinner parties together.

Villa Bloom's expansive outdoor spaces are among its most captivating features. Multiple terraces, lush with Mediterranean flora, provide breathtaking views over Dubrovnik. A covered terrace offers a shaded lounge area, and an outdoor dining space with a summer kitchen and barbecue to create the perfect setting for alfresco meals. This sits adjacent to the inviting swimming pool, making it the hub of outdoor activity, allowing you to while away long afternoons here in the sunshine. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing around the terrace, which offer a tranquil atmosphere among the luscious landscape of the estate. Continuing along the main terrace, there's a classic seating area shaded by a green canopy of vines, overlooking the old town of Dubrovnik.

Leading up onto the rooftop terrace, there's an incredible space for evenings enjoying the seascapes and impressive sunsets. Take a collection of refreshing beverages and canapés and enjoy sitting around the social rooftop lounge area together. Alternatively, opt to continue your relaxation session in the rejuvenating outdoor Jacuzzi with your favourite cocktail in hand. For those looking to make the most of spa time while on holiday, the property also includes a sauna and gym, perfect for soothing any achy muscles following your daily workout. For family holidays, the children can enjoy a game or two of table tennis or set up a game of boules on the lawn areas. Alternatively, a trip to the beach or shoreline is another choice, easy at hand.

Villa Bloom can accommodate up to 8–14 guests over two floors and its adjoining annexe apartment. All rooms have a refined comfort and create a serene atmosphere where to enjoy a good night of rest. The main house hosts two spacious en-suite bedrooms on each floor. On the top level, there's a lounge space (including a sofa bed) and kitchenette which divides the two en-suite bedrooms, providing added convenience for anyone who likes to enjoy a morning coffee. The first floor en-suite bedrooms are connected by a communal room with an extra sofa bed, which could make this a good level for families with younger children. The final space is a studio annexe apartment with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and shower room, ideal for families travelling with their own staff or for extra guests wishing for their own privacy. There is plenty of flexibility with the layout to meet your group's needs.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping service.

There are many beaches to explore along the Dalmatian coast or you could also embark on a private yacht excursion to the Elaphiti Islands.

Dubrovnik Airport is located around 30 minutes by car from the villa.
