Step inside Villa Dolmen and you're greeted with a sleek, modern and sophisticated living area, adorned with high-end furnishings and contemporary art. A large sumptuous lounge area takes centre stage, symmetrically positioned to encourage social engagement, whilst the large sliding doors that line the space fill the room with natural light. There's a second seating space around the fireplace, as a relaxed setting for reading. Further through the open-plan living area you will find the elegant fully equipped kitchen, with a large wooden dining table nearby, the ideal place to watch over whilst the evening's delicacies are being prepared. The interior and exterior of Villa Dolmen are seamlessly integrated via the large glass doors, allowing guests to flow freely between the indoor and outdoor kitchens and seating areas.

When stepping outside, the huge outdoor terrace is divided into numerous social settings. Nearest to the kitchen, is the shaded pergola area with a long outdoor dining table ready for you to enjoy long BBQ's or Greek tapas. Similarly, an outdoor lounge can be found tucked in the shade of the second pergola, allowing a comfortable place to relax while members of the group take a swim. Long bench seating is found around the pool terrace while separate more discreet seating areas can be discovered for quiet moments soaking up the sunrise or sunsets.

The standout feature of Villa Dolmen, that sets it apart from the crowd, is its luxurious 26-metre infinity pool that stretches along the length of the villa, seducing all those nearby to enter its refreshing, shimmering waters. Split your time between the pool and its loungers, while enjoying a refreshing drink from the outdoor bar area. For those wanting a refreshing dip in solace, the villa features a separate smaller swimming pool on the upper terrace, alongside the guest suites. Alternatively, make the most of the private massage area for a well-earned spa treatment or continue your workout in the well-equipped gym, which has the option to be open to the outdoors. Family groups in particular will really enjoy the private cinema room, where you can come together to watch a film on the large projector screen, tasty snack in hand.

Villa Dolmen is a spacious villa with seven double bedrooms, accommodating 14 guests in serene luxury. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and echo the stylistic design that features throughout the villa. There are two master double bedrooms within the property, each with their own living areas and sporting gorgeous sea views. The main building has an additional three en-suite double bedrooms, each with independent access off the terrace. Two of these rooms interconnect when desired to be an ideal family suite option. The two remaining rooms reside in the guest house, which is found on the upper terrace. Neighbouring the main villa, the guest house rooms feature their own independent entrance and are perfect for those in the group wanting extra privacy. These two rooms, share the small pool terrace with its outdoor seating area too, perfect for morning coffees. Conveniently, all bedrooms within the villa feature en-suite facilities and stunning sea views.

The property features both indoor and outdoor sound systems, air conditioning throughout, and also a security alarm system.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 14 guests and offered with the services of a chef for daily breakfast preparation and lunch OR dinner, butler service and evening security guard (10pm-6am). Food and drinks are charged in addition.

Villa Dolmen can also be taken on a luxury package, at extra cost. This will also include a private driver service for (8 hours per day, 12 pax) and VIP personal concierge service.

Daily housekeeping is included by the live-in staff, so you can be sure that the villa is being well looked after during your luxury summer holiday in Greece. You will find luxury toiletries in every room, and towels are replaced thrice weekly, while there are two mid-week linen changes. For extra convenience and peace of mind, you will have a villa security patrol for 8 hours per evening (10pm-6am).
