There is a large banquet dining table on the covered terrace, large enough to seat 20 guests, all set against a stunning backdrop of the waters below. The property also offers numerous relaxation areas, whether you prefer basking in the sun or enjoying the cool shade. The expansive 27-metre long infinity pool, with breathtaking views over the cliffs to the beach below, provides the perfect setting for a refreshing swim. Additionally, there is a second swimming pool at the top of the property, surrounded by multiple lounging spots, with an outdoor bar nearby to keep your drinks refreshed. Thanks to the incredible cliffside position, sea views are plentiful, yet Villa Gaya, also benefits from its own private beach too! Accessed via a rocky staircase, there is a small cove beach, giving guests the joys of a private sea swim, when not heading to the popular Fokos Beach just a 500m walk away.

As day turns to night, the villa offers a serene TV lounge for those seeking a quiet retreat. For guests wanting to keep the energy up, this space can also be transformed into a private club on request, perfect for special occasions or hosting events. The property also features a fully equipped gym, ideal for maintaining your fitness routine while enjoying your stay.

Villa Gaya boasts 9 bedrooms, accommodating up to eighteen guests across three floors. Each bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary, adorned with luxurious furnishings and a soothing colour palette, offering the perfect retreat as the evening melts away. On the lower level, six of the bedrooms are located, each with direct access to the large infinity pool terrace. Four of these bedrooms, have independent access, allowing the guests to enjoy greater privacy. The entrance level holds two more bedrooms, both with stunning sea views, while the master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor. This private haven opens up to a terrace with the second swimming pool, relaxation areas, and the outdoor bar. For added convenience, all bedrooms are equipped with their own en-suite facilities.

For added peace of mind, this villa is a gated property with an alarm security system. Villa Gaya is also fully air-conditioned, alongside having indoor and outdoor sound systems. Available upon request and strictly for staff, there are also two extra bedrooms, should this be required.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 18 guests and is offered with daily breakfast preparation and housekeeping, and twice-weekly linen and towel changes. Food and drinks charged in addition.

This is also where the nearest supermarket is located. Mykonos Town, with its vibrant selection of bars, restaurants and shops, is a 25-minute drive away from Villa Gaya. Similarly, Mykonos airport and Mykonos port are both a 25-minute drive away.
