Villa Ezzahra is one of the five luxury villas located within the exclusive Ezzahra Estate in Marrakech. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests across seven extensive bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends holidaying together or as a stylish and relaxing venue to celebrate an important milestone. There is also the option to add 2 additional guests on request in the nearby building, The Owner's Pavillion.

Designed in the traditional style of a Moroccan riad, Villa Ezzahra offers a luxurious and authentic experience infused with modern comforts. The interior is a stunning blend of rich Moroccan fabrics, unique souk finds, and hand-picked treasures from around the world. An inviting lounge area creates a tranquil environment where to relax on comfortable sofas in front of a winter fireplace. In the nearby room, a formal dining area adds to the property's inviting atmosphere, offering an intimate setting for mealtimes. Adjacent, a fully-equipped kitchen will cater to your culinary needs. The pool area is bordered by a colourful Moroccan tent, perfect for enjoying drinks in the shade or hosting occasional intimate dinners. Villa Ezzahra will cater to your wellness needs thanks to its spa area featuring two treatments rooms and a hammam, allowing you to completely unwind during your luxury villa holiday in Morocco. For those wishing to keep up with their workout, the property features a fully-equipped gym with Techno gym equipment.

For entertainment and leisure, Villa Ezzahra knows no bounds. Inside, a games room with a competition-sized pool table and two further media rooms will be a perfect setting when taking respite from the sun. Outside, sports lovers will love friendly competitions on the paddle tennis court. Alternatively, head to the outdoor lounge area, where a projector screen is set up for memorable movie nights with your group.

Villa Ezzahra offers seven opulent en-suite double bedrooms, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and privacy. Every bedroom comes with a dressing room and a private terrace, with some also featuring open fireplaces, adding a touch of romantic ambiance. For extended family members or accompanying staff, the Owner's Pavilion is separate from Villa Ezzahra and can accommodate two additional guests. It includes a sitting room, terrace, and plunge pool creating a cosy environment.

For convenience, Villa Ezzahra offers air conditioning, private parking and laundry services.

For larger groups or special occasions, the whole Ezzahra Estate can be rented as a whole to accommodate up to 29 guests within Villa Ezzahra, Villa Alkhozama, Villa Azzytouna and Villa Azeer.

The estate also includes a 350-metre running, jogging, or walking track with various exercise stations along the way. This track is shared among all the villas on the estate.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 guests. The villa is offered with full staff services including a professional chef with full board catering included (daily breakfast, lunch & dinner), manager, butler, housekeeping, beauty therapists, unlimited spa treatments and 1 x 4 hour guided tour. Alcoholic drinks and extra catering requests, charged in addition.

For two additional guests, the separate annexe, the Owner's Pavillion, is available on request. A weekly supplement of €6,300 will apply, please enquire.

Their dedicated team, made up of a total of 24 staff members and led by the experienced estate manager, Maria, together with the deputy manager Hassan, will be on hand to attend to your every need. Upon arrival, guests are greeted at the airport and provided with a complimentary transfer to the villa. As you will step inside your villa, everything will be set up to ensure your villa holiday starts on the right foot, from luxurious linens in the bedrooms to towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. A daily housekeeping service will also make sure that the property is well looked-after during your stay.

At the Ezzahra Estate, culinary delight is a daily affair. The villa's skilled chefs craft bespoke menus inspired by Moroccan and European cuisine, using only the freshest ingredients. Guests will have the chance to meet with the chef to personalize their dining experience, choosing from their extensive à la carte menu. Special dietary needs, including children's menus and food allergies, are expertly managed, although the estate is not a nut-free environment. All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are included, along with all non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic drinks are available and will be charged at the end of your stay.
