The Ezzahra Estate is tucked away in truly impressive private grounds which cover over 20,000m² and offer a tranquil haven of upmost luxury. Meticulously landscaped gardens, high-end amenities and five impressive villas make up the estate. With 29 bedrooms across the 5 properties, each varying in size, the private estate can accommodate up to 29 guests.

The Ezzahra Estate is an ideal venue for larger gatherings or special occasions. On the site there are three main villas, Villa Ezzahra, Villa Azzaytouna and Villa Alkhozama, which can be rented independently or together. There are two additional smaller villas, Villa Azeer and the Owner's Pavilion. The Owner's Pavilion is ideally rented alongside Villa Ezzahra, while Villa Azeer sits in the centre of the estate and works with any of the three main properties.

Each of the villas welcome guests in large open-plan living and dining areas, allowing ample space for socialising with your group throughout your stay. Each property is distinguished by its unique mix of traditional Moroccan aesthetics, modern comforts and impressive artwork. The villas include plush sofas area and elegant dining rooms, many featuring cosy winter fireplaces. Within the spaces, bespoke luxury furnishings come together with a colourful blend of tones, defining the space and harmoniously mirroring with the outdoor areas.

The outside spaces of the Ezzahra Estate were designed to provide a serene retreat and an easy passage between all the villas, featuring many ancient olive trees, date palms, and lush orchards of orange and pomegranate trees. Across each property, guests will find spacious alfresco dining areas, perfect for social meals with the whole group. Villa Ezzahra and Villa Azzaytouna also each feature a Berber tent, perfect for hosting pre-dinner drinks or traditional Moroccan banquets. Alternatively, for a change of scenery head to Villa Ezzahra's rooftop terrace, for a romantic meal under the stars.

The Ezzahra Estate will cater to all of your wellness needs, to ensure you completely relax during your luxury villa holiday in Morocco. Each of the villas benefits from an outdoor swimming pool, with sun loungers providing plenty of space for tranquil moments under the sun. In addition to this, Villa Ezzahra features its own spa area with two treatment rooms and a hammam, while Villa Azzaytouna and Villa Alkhozama share a wellness area.

For those wishing to stay active, Villa Ezzahra features gym facilities and a paddle tennis court. There is also a 350-metre running, jogging, or walking track on the estate, with various exercise stations along the way. For indoor entertainment, head to Villa Ezzahra's games room to enjoy friendly competition in a game of pool, or dive into your favourite TV show in the 2 media rooms. Outside, a projector screen creates a cosy atmosphere for memorable movie nights.

The Ezzahra Estate can accommodate up to 29 guests across 14 double bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. All rooms have been lovingly decorated with a combination of traditional Moroccan features and luxury facilities, conveying a serene and calm environment.

For convenience, each of the villas offer air conditioning, private parking and laundry services.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the Estate for up to 29 guests. The estate is offered with full staff services including a professional chef with full board catering included (daily breakfast, lunch & dinner), manager, butler, housekeeping, beauty therapists, unlimited spa treatments and 1 x 4 hour guided tour. Alcoholic drinks and extra catering requests, charged in addition.

Please Note: Villa Azeer and the Owner's Pavillion cannot be rented independently, but they can only be taken together with one of the main Estate villas - Villa Ezzahra, Villa Azzaytouna and Villa Alkhozama.

Their dedicated team, made up of a total of 24 staff members and led by the experienced estate manager, Maria, together with the deputy manager Hassan, will be on hand to attend to your every need. This ensures your stay is both relaxing and memorable.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted at the airport and provided with a complimentary transfer to the villa. As you will step inside your villa, everything will be set up to ensure your villa holiday starts on the right foot, from luxurious linens in the bedrooms to towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. A daily housekeeping service will also make sure that the property is well looked-after during your stay.

At the Ezzahra Estate, culinary delight is a daily affair. The villa's skilled chefs craft bespoke menus inspired by Moroccan and European cuisine, using only the freshest ingredients. Guests will have the chance to meet with the chef to personalize their dining experience, choosing from their extensive à la carte menu. Special dietary needs, including children's menus and food allergies, are expertly managed, although the estate is not a nut-free environment. All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are included, along with all non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic drinks are available and will be charged at the end of your stay.
