Villa Oliveto is a luxury villa in Le Marche, a sprawling 8-acre estate with a swimming pool, tennis court and olive grove, the perfect summer escape for 8 guests. Benefitting from a variety of spots to relax and unwind, with gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea, this villa is a great choice for a relaxing summer holiday in Italy, taken entirely at your own pace.

The main villa, a charming, rustic-looking house nestled amongst shrubbery, is set out over two floors. The ground floor hosts an open-plan living space, minimalist in design with creamy interiors and furnishings to match. Relax in comfort on the sofas of the main lounge or watch your favourite movie in the TV lounge, tucked to the side. An intimate dining area separates these two seating areas, and follows on through to a pristine fitted kitchen with additional dining space. Coming off the ground floor, a patio terrace with a wooden pergola provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining, serviced by an outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. Dine under the shade of the canopy and marvel at the rolling hills of the Italian countryside that stretch out towards impressive sea views in this adeptly set up dining space.

With 8 acres of gardens brimming with features and facilities, it's the outdoor spaces of Villa Oliveto that give the property a true sense of luxury. Head down to the villa's immense outdoor swimming pool, 21m in length, with a diving board and integrated Jacuzzi section. There are outdoor lounge chairs and pool loungers to bask in the sun, while across the lawn the pool house is another expert luxury offering. The pool house includes gym facilities, table football and table tennis, as well as a bar area, along with a retractable floor-to-ceiling windows that can open or close the space to the elements. Elsewhere in the expansive gardens, the villa has a private tennis court and a charming olive grove, complete with over 400 olive trees.

Villa Oliveto accommodates for groups of up to 8 guests. The main villa features three bedrooms on its first floor, while the final bedroom occupies an annexe building within the gardens, ideal for those wishing for a bit of extra privacy. The bedrooms all feature an uncomplicated style, with feature walls and floral prints that offer a homely and inviting vibe. They can all be configured as twin rooms and have en-suite shower rooms. For added luxury, one of the bedrooms in the main villa features a private balcony with some views towards the sea.

When staying at Villa Oliveto, guests will also have the option of access to a yoga studio, shared with the other villa in the estate. You can book this yoga studio for private sessions, which features large interior and exterior areas for yoga, Pilates and massage treatments. The yoga studio also contains a projector and can be set up as a conference or seminar room.

For convenience, Villa Oliveto comes with both air conditioning and heating, laundry facilities, and outdoor parking spaces.

Villa Oliveto can be taken with Villa Olivo for exclusive use of the Oliveto Estate for up to 22 guests.

Location

Villa Oliveto makes up one half of the Oliveto Estate. The Oliveto Estate is a pair of luxury villas in Le Marche, in a peaceful location just outside Civitanova Alta. The estate affords incredible views out across the Adriatic Sea.

Civitinova Alta is a quaint village in the walls of a Medieval castle, dating back to the 13th century. Located a little over 15-minutes walk from the villas, there are lots of sights to see including museums and art galleries to visit, as well as this being the location of the closest restaurants and bars to the villa.

The Oliveto Estate is a short distance by car to the beach, just 6 minutes in the car to the main beach at Fontespina. A little way up the coast, just 10 minutes in the car, there is Civitanova Marche, with more beaches and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops to explore. Civitanove Marche also hosts a popular marina, while along the coast there are many opportunities for watersports in Le Marche. A 40-minute drive up the coast will bring you to the region's capital, Ancona, with even more historical attractions and places to visit in Le Marche.

There is a limited concierge service available, one that can be upgraded to a 24/7 service at an additional cost, meaning you will always have someone to help with any issues and enquiries you have during your holiday. The range of bespoke services on hand is comprehensive, allowing you to craft your perfect villa holiday in Italy. Everything from simple services to get your holiday started off right, like stocking the pantry and fridge with supplies, and housekeeping, to private chefs, transport around the area, and childcare. Not only that, the Oliveto Estate has a long list of wonderful experiences that can be added to enhance your holiday experience. From cultural day trips and activities, to wine and gastronomy experiences, exploring the local area with guides and wellbeing options, there is something for everyone.

A welcome basket on arrival to the villa includes Prosecco, and any necessary amenities and cleaning supplies you might need during the week. Your villa will be all set up ready to welcome you to your holiday, from luxurious linens in the bedrooms to towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Each bedroom will feature two sets of bathroom towels, with each guest provided a set of towels for the pool, spa and gym, in addition to bathrobes.

The Oliveto Estate is committed to working towards a future of more sustainable travel, with a number of actions and features that work towards this eco-friendly goal. The villa has solar panels to heat the water system, and collects rainwater in underground wells and reservoirs, used to keep the garden fresh. Recycling all plant waste to use as mulch is also done where possible. The olive grove and garden is also used to produce the villa's own olive oil, fruit and vegetables, with any other food ingredients and other products sourced as locally as possible. In Villa Olivo, a heat exchanger uses outdoor air to reduce consumption of power when heating the pool, which is available on a request basis in the shoulder season months (Apr-Jun, Sept-Nov). Not limited to only helping the environment, the Oliveto Estate champions the surrounding region by supporting local partners and community. Maintaining the integrity of Le Marche and ensuring the destination remains beneficial to both its locals and visitors.

The Oliveto Estate additionally offers tailor made wellness, gastronomic and corporate retreats, as well as everything including team building events, celebrations and birthdays, and a shooting location for product and other media launches.
