Villa Olivo is a stunning retreat for between 12 and 14 guests, a luxury villa in Le Marche, Italy, one that spoils guests with its exceptional indoor and outdoor living spaces and fantastic selection of facilities. Luxuriously appointed inside and out, Villa Olivo offers a relaxing getaway designed for celebrations with friends, and features an impressive outdoor infinity pool with far-reaching views across the Italian countryside towards the glistening Adriatic Sea.

Villa Olivo combines the best of old and new. From the outside, it gives the appearance of an authentic Italian villa, with its pastel yellow exterior, rustic roof and shuttered windows, but enter the property and you will be transported into a world of luxury and class. You will find multiple lounge and dining areas across the ground and first floors of the property, luxuriously furnished with calming neutral tones and a glossy finish. A main lounge and dining area is light and spacious, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with marvellous views. A first floor lounge enjoys a stunning fireplace and an expansive balcony with views in three directions, whilst a separate TV room offers a quiet spot to escape. Freely flowing from the main living space, there is a distinct dining hall and separate, expansive kitchen, complete with all the necessary cooking amenities and a giant central island for food preparation and casual dining.

It is in the outdoor terrace and garden areas where Villa Olivo truly excels. Engage in relaxed conversation in the shaded lounge area on the veranda, or around the crackling firepit. There is a BBQ and pizza oven on the terrace, with a spot for alfresco dining beneath a canopied terrace in the light of the setting sun, an experience not to be missed. The gardens of Villa Olivo extend to over an acre, offering plenty of space for children to play.

Of course, the main highlight is the villa's incredible outdoor infinity pool, surrounded by pool loungers and comfortable bean bag seating, perfectly positioned to maximise the panorama of verdant Italian countryside and out over the Adriatic Sea. Across the pool terrace you will find both a retractable shaded roof structure, and space for both table tennis and table football to be set up.

Inside the villa, several additional spa facilities await for a pampering experience. The spa area enjoys an indoor six-seater hot tub, sauna, steam room and emotional, scented shower. There are also gym facilities with a mix of cardio machines and weight training equipment.

Villa Olivo offers space for between 12 and 14 guests, spread across six spacious bedrooms, as well as an attic room in the eaves of the property. The inviting rooms feature an assortment of glamorous furnishings, with neutral colours and an elegant design. All rooms can be taken as double or twin, great for corporate groups, and have en-suite shower rooms. The attic room has low ceilings and is best used for any private staff, featuring a small kitchenette and space for an extra single bed.

Guests of Villa Olivo will have access to a yoga studio, with lots of space inside and out for yoga, Pilates and massages. The yoga studio also has a projector and can be set up as a seminar space. It is shared with the other villa on the estate, bookable on a first come, first served basis, on request. If the other villa on the estate remains unoccupied, guests may also have access to a tennis court, on request also.

The villa is in a gated estate and includes outdoor parking space for up to 9 cars. There are laundry facilities in Villa Olive, as well as air conditioning and heating throughout, which can be individually controlled for each bedroom also.

Villa Olivo can be taken alongside Villa Oliveto to form the Oliveto Estate, accommodating up to 22 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.

Location

Villa Olivo forms one half of the Oliveto Estate. The Oliveto Estate is a pair of luxury villas in Le Marche, in a peaceful location just outside Civitanova Alta. The estate affords incredible views out across the Adriatic Sea.

Civitinova Alta is a quaint village in the walls of a Medieval castle, dating back to the 13th century. Located a little over 15-minutes walk from the villas, there are lots of sights to see including museums and art galleries to visit, as well as this being the location of the closest restaurants and bars to the villa.

The Oliveto Estate is a short distance by car to the beach, just 6 minutes in the car to the main beach at Fontespina. A little way up the coast, just 10 minutes in the car, there is Civitanova Marche, with more beaches and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops to explore. Civitanove Marche also hosts a popular marina, while along the coast there are many opportunities for watersports in Le Marche. A 40-minute drive up the coast will bring you to the region's capital, Ancona, with even more historical attractions and places to visit in Le Marche.

There is a limited concierge service available, one that can be upgraded to a 24/7 service at an additional cost, meaning you will always have someone to help with any issues and enquiries you have during your holiday. The range of bespoke services on hand is comprehensive, allowing you to craft your perfect villa holiday in Italy. Everything from simple services to get your holiday started off right, like stocking the pantry and fridge with supplies, and housekeeping, to private chefs, transport around the area, and childcare. Not only that, the Oliveto Estate has a long list of wonderful experiences that can be added to enhance your holiday experience. From cultural day trips and activities, to wine and gastronomy experiences, exploring the local area with guides and wellbeing options, there is something for everyone.

A welcome basket on arrival to the villa includes Prosecco, and any necessary amenities and cleaning supplies you might need during the week. Your villa will be all set up ready to welcome you to your holiday, from luxurious linens in the bedrooms to towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Each bedroom will feature two sets of bathroom towels, with each guest provided a set of towels for the pool, spa and gym, in addition to bathrobes.

The Oliveto Estate is committed to working towards a future of more sustainable travel, with a number of actions and features that work towards this eco-friendly goal. The villa has solar panels to heat the water system, and collects rainwater in underground wells and reservoirs, used to keep the garden fresh. Recycling all plant waste to use as mulch is also done where possible. The olive grove and garden is also used to produce the villa's own olive oil, fruit and vegetables, with any other food ingredients and other products sourced as locally as possible. In Villa Olivo, a heat exchanger uses outdoor air to reduce consumption of power when heating the pool, which is available on a request basis in the shoulder season months (Apr-Jun, Sept-Nov). Not limited to only helping the environment, the Oliveto Estate champions the surrounding region by supporting local partners and community. Maintaining the integrity of Le Marche and ensuring the destination remains beneficial to both its locals and visitors.
