Villa Majesty is found on the idyllic Croatian island of Mali Lošinj, and is an exclusive retreat designed for those who seek the pinnacle of luxury, privacy, and well-being. Spread across 450m², this exquisite villa combines refined elegance with world-class amenities. The villa can lovingly accommodate 6–12 guests across a maximum of 5 bedrooms, and will ensure an unparalleled escape!

Enjoy a break from the sun on the comfortable sofas, where floor-to ceiling windows allow you to take in the beautiful ocean panorama. Set within 2,000m² of garden space, Villa Majesty offers plenty of spots to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and breathtaking sea views. Here, multiple sun-drenched terraces and shaded lounge areas offer idyllic spaces for unwinding, alfresco dining, or simply taking in the mesmerizing sunset. There's also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area to further elevate the dining experience. Relax with your favourite read, surrounded by nature, while kids will have plenty of lawn to play outside.

One of the top luxury features of Villa Majesty is the infinity-edge heated pool, inviting guests to bask in the sunshine and enjoy panoramic sea views while having a refreshing swim. For those seeking adventure, the property provides a private path to the crystal-clear sea shore (10m away), where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards or take a cooling sea swim. There are also e-scooters and bicycles available for exploration. At the end of the day, head to the rooftop terrace, where the outdoor Jacuzzi provides the perfect spot for ultimate relaxation and a view of the sunset. On this same level, you will also find a sauna and a fully-equipped NOHrD gym for anyone continuing their wellness regime.

This villa is designed for endless entertainment and comes with a wealth of incredible facilities to make the most of your time at the property. Enjoy a cosy evening in the private cinema room, or have fun competing at pool in the spacious games room, while enjoying a drink from the nearby bar. There is also a comprehensive wine cellar, where you could enjoy a wine tasting for an ultimate experience. For those needing to work during their holiday, the property also features a spacious office.

Villa Majesty can accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 lovingly decorated bedrooms. There are three main double bedrooms each with their own private balcony and en-suite and then a further children's dormitory and a twin bedroom, best suited for staff. The double bedrooms all come with stunning panoramic views of the untouched beauty of the Adriatic coastline. All of the bedrooms are completed in a modern and comforting style. In particular, the dormitory with 4 single kid's beds is a delight! It features a lounge space, table football and cosy wooden tent-style beds as well as an en-suite. The staff twin room has a small kitchenette, providing added practicality.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered with full staff services including a villa manager, chef, concierge, technician, and housekeeper. Breakfast is offered at a daily mandatory fee of €30 per guest, paid on arrival. Food and drinks for lunch and dinner are payable in addition.

While the villa provides its own direct sea access (10m away), you are also in easy reach of the public beach of St Martin, just 290m away or a 2-minute walk from the property. Both the marina and town centre of Mali Lošinj, which features a variety of local shops, bars and restaurants, is just 5-minutes by car or a relaxed 20- minute walk. For added entertainment for both young and old, the Tennis Academy by Ivan Ljubičić, the renowned coach of Roger Federer is just five minutes away. There is also a 'Kids World' offering high-touch service, educational programs, art classes and various outdoor activities.

There is a small local airport on the island just 10 km away (mostly for domestic or private flights). The island is also easily connected to the mainland from the Mali Lošinj port. You can easily connect to the island from the Croatian ports of Zadar, Pula or Rijeka or even from across the waters in Italy!
