As you step inside, this luxury villa in Croatia offers a modern yet inviting ambiance, divided between two elegantly designed floors. Here, floor to ceiling windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, completed with contemporary furnishings, natural materials, and soft neutral tones. Enjoy a break from the hot sun on the comfortable seating area, perfectly positioned to frame the stunning sea views. The ground floor features two seafront bedrooms with private terraces, while the upper floor offers two additional suites with panoramic views of the coastline. For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping service, complimentary private boat transfer on arrival to Split Airport, guest use of a vehicle fleet, and two boat charters with skipper and fuel included (min. 7 night stays).

Location

Villa Sea Gem enjoys a prime seafront location on the stunning island of Brač, one of Croatia's most picturesque destinations. This seafront property is just a stone's throw from the beautiful pebble shores of Likva Beach, providing a peaceful escape from everyday life with one of the most serene backdrops. Located just outside the tranquil town of Sutivan (7-minute drive or 25-minute walk), you can make the most of a private location while still able to soak up an authentic Mediterranean town atmosphere. In town, there is a choice of local conveniences, bars and restaurants and a local beach to enjoy.

On Brač, also discover Zlatni Rat beach, a spectacular golden sandbar frequently ranked among the most beautiful beaches in Europe, 1 hour away. Nearby to the villa, there is also Majakovac Beach (3 minutes drive away) offering accessible facilities, and a beautiful dog-friendly beach, Grgina Luka Beach (11 minutes drive).

The villa is easily accessible with a 45 minutes boat transfer from Split Airport. When reaching the island, the villa is around 20 minutes drive from Supetar, the island's main port. Alternatively, Brač island has its own local airport, which is located at approximately 45 minutes drive away.

This particular property is offered on a self-catered basis, ensuring guests can tailor their holiday as they best wish. Your holiday will start with a private boat transfer from Split Airport to Villa Sea Gem, allowing you a carefree, easy way to arrive to your home for the trip. From the moment you arrive, the villa manager will ensure that every aspect of your stay runs smoothly and will conduct regular housekeeping. During your stay, exploration of the island and surrounding area is encouraged for you to make the most of the amazing location. There is a vehicle fleet of two cars (Jeep Compass or Similar, available 0-24hr) for guest use for inland ventures. Alternatively, for the ultimate experience, aboard the villa's private boat (SAXDOR 320 GTO) and enjoy the wonders of the Adriatic Sea. (Boat, skipper and fuel is included). This service is available for 2 days for stays of 7 nights or longer (for stays 4–6 nights, 1 day is included). Should you wish to add any extra services or upgrade to a catered package, these can be added at an additional cost.
