Villa Mar Azul can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 stylish bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite facilities. Split between three floors, all rooms have been lovingly decorated with modern furnishings, and have an airy, contemporary and luxurious feel. On the upper floor, guests will find three bedrooms, all featuring beautiful ocean views. On the main entrance level there are two additional rooms, one of which includes an office space and direct access onto the pool terrace, perfect for a refreshing dip first thing in the morning. The lower floor is home to a self-contained apartment featuring a living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a double en-suite bedroom with an additional separate bathroom. This space is ideal for extended family members wishing for more privacy, as well as groups travelling with personal staff or nannies.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as laundry facilities. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking.

For larger groups who wish to be together but benefit from the space and privacy of their own villa, Villa Mar Azul is situated right next to Villa Mar A Vista. When taken together, the two villas can accommodate a total of 20 guests across four bedrooms.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping.

Location

Villa Mar Azul is a breathtaking property found in the popular town of Salema, on the desirable west coast of the Algarve. Tucked to the cliffside, above the Praia de Salema beach, the villa offers privacy, incredible sea views and easy access to the calm clear waters and fine golden sands of the beach below. It takes just 15 minutes to walk to the beach or the village (600m away).

Salema is a hidden gem in the Algarve, an old fishing village with whitewashed houses, winding cobbled streets and a variety of shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Here, life moves at a gentle pace, with colourful fishing boats dotting the shore as fishermen return with their daily catch.
