As you enter Villa Les Marres, the open-plan living areas occupy a large proportion of the property's first floor. Benefitting from breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and to St Tropez in the distance, these luxury clean, contemporary interiors provide plenty of room for guests to unwind. In the middle of the room, you'll find a large dining table, ready for mealtimes, as well as two long, sumptuous sofas creating a social atmosphere for conversations to flow. The room is filled with light from large sliding doors which open to the main balcony. Here, outdoor lounge seating and swing seats, shaded by the villa canopy, enable you to either socialise with an alfresco apéritif or completely relax.

In the gardens, Villa Les Marres has been meticulously designed for both entertainment and tranquillity. Head to the pool house area, where a large gazebo stretches over a spacious dining table, to create the perfect setting for long BBQ banquets with the whole group. Alternatively, enjoy a stroll under the shade of the manicured gardens' overhanging trees. There is so much space for the kids to play in the safety of the gated grounds.

For ultimate relaxation, Villa Les Marres presents all you could desire and more. An incredible outdoor swimming pool invites guests to enjoy a refreshing swim, perfect for a break from sun-bathing on the terrace's loungers. Inside, guests can make the most of the villa's massage room, complete with a sauna, and a separate steam room to further relax. There are also gym facilities for those wishing to continue their fitness routine during their luxury villa holiday in St Tropez. For evening downtime, the deluxe cinema room, complete with its very own cocktail bar and wine cellar, is perfect for memorable movie nights together.

Villa Les Marres accommodates its 12 guests across six beautiful en-suite bedrooms. The majority of these are found on the villa's ground floor, except from the master suite. Each exemplify the rest of the villa's luxury interiors, providing a clean, sleek and homely luxury feel, with most also boasting access to a terrace or balcony. The master bedroom, on the first floor, benefits from balcony seating, a dressing room and en-suite facilities, and not to mention exceptional views out to St Tropez and the coastline's glistening waters.

For added convenience, Villa Les Marres features an electric, gated driveway and an alarm system. The property also includes a garage suitable for 3 cars and for guests needing to work from home, there is also sufficient office space.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping, mid-week linen and towel change and 2 x complimentary massages on arrival. An extra double bedroom is available to sleep 2 staff members.
