The One Bedroom Water Reserve villas are an impressive 585m² and are designed for couples or small families of up to 4 guests on request.

On arriving at the Soneva Fushi resort, you'll hardly be able to contain your excitement as you take the curved jetty path out to your luxury One Bedroom Water Reserve. The villa is beautifully designed to give a castaway feeling and sense of privacy, allowing you to fully relax into the postcard-picture setting. Standing prominently on stilts above the crystal-clear waters, the villa offers a divine location, a world apart from your daily life. You'll be immediately captivated by its breathtaking setting and serene ocean views.

Inside, the One Bedroom Water Reserve offers a chic and understated décor that complements the natural surroundings. Wooden floors and bamboo ceilings continue the feeling of the outside architecture, while a large window-wall draws in the beauty of the ocean waters. The furnishings are complimentary, allowing your focus to be drawn to the impressive panoramic vista outdoors. Outside, the One Bedroom Water Reserve's continues its living areas, giving you ample space to unwind. For those who appreciate alfresco dining, the villa includes a plush sunken seating area by the waterside. Alternatively, the spacious upper deck provides a sheltered dining area where you can savour meals with uninterrupted ocean views. Scattered around the main terrace are many comfortable oversized daybeds, sun loungers and a catamaran net suspended over the water, providing the perfect spots to soak up the sun.

During your stay at the One Bedroom Water Reserve, you benefit from having both immediate sea access and a private infinity pool to cool off. Start your day with a refreshing sea swim or morning snorkel, which can be accessed straight from the en-suite. Enjoy long days gently ambling in the pool, dipping in and out to warm in the sun with a refreshment. Alternatively, take the plunge in the sea via the exhilarating waterslide. Hours will disappear as you relax in this romantic setting.

The One Bedroom Water Reserve is perfect for a couple's retreat. The double bedroom is a stunning sanctuary, featuring a unique retractable roof. With the touch of a button, you can gaze up at the starry Maldivian night sky from the comfort of your bed, creating a magical experience each evening. It also includes a dressing room and an adjoining children's sleeping area, making this villa also ideal for small families looking to enjoy a luxury getaway. The villa's bathroom is another elegant space with both indoor and outdoor facilities. The large sunken bathtub on its deck is the ultimate spa treat, while the direct access offers a truly immersive tropical experience.

For convenience, bikes are available for your personal use, allowing you to explore the Soneva Fushi Resort at your leisure. Air conditioning is also provided throughout the property.

While staying at the One Bedroom Water Reserve, guests can make full use of the Soneva Fushi facilities, including a variety of restaurants with a wealth of cuisine options and serving both relaxed and gourmet options. There's also a spa and sports centre, tennis courts, kid's playground and huge itinerary and activity program to choose from.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 2 adults. The villa is offered with a villa manager and complimentary daily breakfast buffet at restaurants 'Down to Earth' or 'So Cold' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service. Up to 2 extra children can be accommodated at an additional cost, please enquire.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, dinner service at 'Mihiree Mithaa', 'Down to Earth', 'Fresh in the Garden', 'Out of the Blue' and 'Shades of Green' or credit for any other resort outlet ($250 per adult/ $125 per child). All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.

The One Bedroom Water Reserve villas are only a short bike distance from the island's facilities and, in particular, the Flying Sauces restaurant, jungle gym and resort's zip-line trail.

Leaving Soneva Fushi, there is plenty to explore within the Baa Atolll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
