Upon entering Villa Icon, guests are welcomed into a bright, open space filled with light, thanks to its airy interiors inspired by traditional Greek architecture. Split between three levels, the whole property is a masterpiece of Cycladic elegance and modern luxury design. Enjoy a break from the sun in the stylish seating area, where a white sofa creates the perfect atmosphere where to relax. Inside, the property also features a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining counter, perfect for preparing quick meals.

The main heart of Villa Icon is found outside on the large terraces, maximising from the sought-after corner it sits in and incredible sea views. There are multiple areas for relaxation, dining, and entertainment. A wooden pergola offers a beautifully presented alfresco dining space, featuring a BBQ area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, making it easy to savour al fresco dining with loved ones. For more intimate gatherings, the outdoor fire pit creates an inviting ambiance perfect for sunset cocktails or late-night conversations under the stars.

On the 250m² veranda, you'll find the sparkling private swimming pool, where guests can take in breathtaking sea views while cooling off. Nearby, two heated outdoor Jacuzzis promise soothing relaxation at any time of day or night. For those looking to keep up with their daily workout, Villa Icon is outfitted with a private fitness room. Villa Icon can accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, all complete of their own-suite facilities. All rooms have been decorated with a similar design, featuring soft tones and stylish furnishings to ensure a restful night of sleep. The two bedrooms on the lowest floor are both incredibly generous spaces with separate lounge seating areas to have a private space to unwind. To suit different groups configurations, two bedrooms can be arranged as either double or twin.

For convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking. There is also a separate butler room available for guests to use.

For larger groups, Villa Icon can be booked in conjunction with Villa Lush which also sleeps 8, to form Villa Scenic. When taken together as a property, Villa Scenic can accommodate a total of 16 guests, across 8 bedrooms.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping service.

Location

Villa Icon is situated in an idyllic, secluded spot on the western side of Oia, one of Santorini's most picturesque villages. Thanks to its elevated position, guests will be able to admire the world-famous sunsets with views out to Thirassia island.

This prime location offers both tranquillity and convenient access to Santorini's highlights. Guests can easily reach the heart of Oia in just a 3-minute drive or a scenic 19-minute walk. For a taste of local charm by the sea, the iconic Ammoudi Beach is only a 12-minute walk or a short 3-minute drive away. If you wish to explore further, Fira, the island's capital, is around 25 minutes drive from the villa.

Santorini Airport and main port are located at approximately 30 minutes drive from the property.
