Located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea on the exclusive Baie Rouge beach in Saint Martin, Villa La Perla Bianca is a modern luxury home providing a chic and special holiday for two guests. Alongside its incredible beachfront location and glorious ocean views, the villa benefits from abundantly spacious indoor and outdoor areas, as well as both a swimming pool and a hot tub.

Villa La Perla Bianca features pristine white interiors of a contemporary style. A main open-plan living space dominates much of the property, with a central lounge sat beneath a towering vaulted ceiling. Plush, fashionable furnishings accented with gold and cyan gives a high class, luxury feel, while a small dining area ideal for romantic meals for two, and a fully-equipped, modern kitchen completes the space.

Glass doors completely slide away to bring you out onto the epic terrace, which extends directly out onto the stunning Baie Rouge beach and the glistening waters of the Caribbean Sea. The terrace features a bounty of areas for relaxation with lounge furniture beneath the veranda, deck chairs by the pool, loungers by the barbecue in the shade of the gazebo, and several spots for alfresco dining in both shade and sun. A substantial pool sits central to the terrace, extending out towards the ocean, while an outdoor hot tub offers an intimate spot for evening drinks in the fading light of the setting sun.

Behind the central living area, curtains open up to reveal Villa La Perla Bianca's sole double bedroom. The bed has a similarly glamorous style as the lounge, and includes both a dressing room and generously-sized en-suite. The en-suite includes both an indoor and outdoor shower.

Indoors, Villa La Perla Bianca benefits from air conditioning throughout. There is also private parking available for guests.

Villa La Perla Bianca, along with Villa La Perla Palais and Villa La Perla Classic, forms the Villa La Perla Estate, a luxurious beachfront villa in Saint Martin with three swimming pools, sleeping up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 2 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, villa manager and complimentary airport transfer on arrival.

Prices do not include taxes (VAT) and Service Charges (10%) which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

One of three villas forming part of the glamorous La Perla Estate, Villa La Perla Bianca is a luxury beachfront villa in the Caribbean, located on the exclusive Baie Rouge beach on the French half of the island of Saint Martin.

The villa is located just 10 minutes drive from Princess Juliana International Airport on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, by which you will find the iconic Maho Beach and the island's golf course. The French capital of Marigot is just 12 minutes by car, where you will find a number of restaurants, bars and shops.

As Saint Martin is such a small island, you can reach almost anywhere within 30 minutes drive, including the best restaurants at the village of Grand Case, the luxury boutiques in the Dutch capital of Philipsburg, and the classy beachfront bars located along the popular and luxurious Orient Beach.
