Villa Gaia offers guests plenty of indoor spaces where to enjoy moments of tranquillity away from the hot sun or catch up with one another. The main lounge area is centred around a chic fireplace that follows the neat contemporary style of the villa's lavish interiors. Here, a long corner sofa is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning views through two large patio doors. Nearby, the dining area set a unique atmosphere for more formal meals with a stunning background, complemented by a grand piano and an artistic light fixture. While, an illustrious marble island and worktop dress the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower ground floor, two additional living areas allow for younger guests to have their own space with comfy seating and TV's to keep them entertained.

Outside, expansive terraces extend towards the valley, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. The exteriors of Villa Gaia feature beautiful stone archways, adding a sense of grandeur and opulence, further amplified by the large verdant garden and vineyard. Enjoy alfresco meals or traditional barbecues with the whole group in the shaded dining area under the gazebo. Or fully immerse yourself in the Italian lifestyle and have fun making your favourite pizza thanks to the villa's traditional pizza oven. Alternatively, the serene surroundings provide a tranquil atmosphere, giving guests a calming space to unwind in complete privacy. Two outdoor fireplaces continue the relaxing ambiance long after the sun sets. The wraparound veranda also offers plenty of shaded seating areas to escape the afternoon sun.

Looking towards the coast on its own separate sun terrace is Villa Gaia's heated infinity pool. Enjoy a refreshing swim while appreciating the tranquillity of the natural surroundings and the awe-inspiring views. Sun loungers and outdoor seating around the pool make for a great spot to enjoy the beaming sunshine with a holiday read or your favourite drinks taken from the outdoor bar. Should you wish to keep up with your daily workout, the villa also features a fully-equipped gym, found in the private garden.

Villa Gaia can sleep up to 8 guests across four inviting en-suite bedrooms, providing guests with their own private area to retreat to after a long day in the Puglia sun. The bedrooms all have an individual style with sumptuous fabrics and captivating artwork. Each room is found on the lower ground floor and has access to the veranda and garden. The master bedroom also features a private living are and kitchenette, creating a quiet sanctuary to unwind in for those wishing for further privacy.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers laundry facilities as well as ample parking for 8 cars. It should be noted the wine cellar is only accessible on request.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa, for up to 8 guests, and is offered with daily complimentary breakfast, daily visit from the concierge team, daily housekeeping and mid-week linen change.

Location

The exclusive Villa Gaia sits on the hills of Monte Abele just outside Selva di Fasano, affording far-reaching views of the Adriatic Sea in Puglia. Surrounded by botanic gardens and a private Pinot Noir vineyard, it has everything you need for a luxurious villa retreat in Puglia.

The coast and the stunning Savelletri beaches are just 15 minutes away by car, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Alberobello, famous for its iconic trulli houses. The vibrant town of Monopoli, with its historic centre and beautiful harbour, is just a 20-minute drive from the villa. Alternatively, take the 30-minute drive to visit the popular hillside "White City" of Ostuni.

Villa Gaia is 9 minutes from its nearest supermarket in Fasano, here you will also find many bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. The nearest airport is Brindisi a 40-minute drive away, Bari is the next closest taking 57 minutes to get to.

When staying in this luxury villa on a bed and brekafast basis, you will be well looked after by a team of industry professionals who want to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. On your arrival everything will be set up to make sure your luxury villa holiday in Puglia starts off at its best, beginning with a welcome Apulian basket.

A dedicated concierge service will be on hand daily for 4 hours per day, and 24/7 via WhatsApp, to ensure that every need is met with utmost care and attention. Whether it is to arrange restaurant bookings, airport transfer, local excursions & guides or in villa massage treatments, you will find yourself dealing with an extremely knowledgeable team who will be able to assist you every step of the way during your holiday. Your stay will include a tempting daily breakfast spread and daily housekeeping, so you can be sure that both guests and the property is being well looked after throughout your stay. You'll find luxury toiletries in every room, and linens are changed mid-week, while bath and pool towels are replaced daily. For those seeking to explore the surroundings, the property also provides discounts for the local beach clubs.

Should you wish to upgrade your stay to a catered one, there is the possibility to add on the services of an in-villa private chef, allowing you to relax completely. The chefs they work with aim to please with quality local produce and fresh dishes to meet your requirements.
