Les Hauts de Gordes is a uniquely special French luxury villa, a fully-renovated Provençal bastide spread over three buildings on the hills of Gordes, incorporating a fascinating selection of specially commissioned artwork within its luxurious interior spaces and across the spacious terraces and gardens that make up the villa's estate.

Les Hauts de Gordes will sleep up to 15 guests, spread between 7 en-suite bedrooms and a children's dormitory across its main, family and annexe buildings. The villa offers up an incredible array of facilities, including a double-tiered swimming pool, alongside magnificent panoramic views, for a large private luxury retreat just outside Gordes.

The typical Provençal style of the buildings of Les Hauts de Gordes hide away a distinctive, vibrant style, which is on show across the variety of different living areas. Deep greens and reds contrast vividly with the light and airy villa style of the rest of the interiors, with patterned tiles and bold artworks adorning the walls that pay a colourful homage to the Op Art movement of Hungarian-French artist Victor Vasarely. The show-piece room is found in the main house, where a massive glass conservatory houses a stylish lounge, with a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen and dining area at the back. Further into the heart of the main house, a second cosier lounge area can be found, which features an impressively designed fireplace, shaped like the trunk of a tree using sprayed concrete. Just off this lounge is the bar area, where a great selection of local food, fine wines and spirits await to be tried.

The most wonderful areas of Les Hauts de Gordes are found in its outdoor spaces. The glass conservatory of the main house opens out into several terrace areas. Learn the constellations of the night sky on the stargazing terrace or enjoy your fresh, delicious breakfasts with an incredible view of the Luberon valley on the panoramic terrace, where comfortable banquette seating surrounds an al fresco dining area. From here, you then have free rein to explore the staggered levels of the rest of the estate. From the al fresco kitchen and dining area of the pool house, with a specially crafted optical art curtain wall; the lavender gardens of the 6-hectare estate, 2 hectares of which are enclosed for total privacy; and the incredible double-tiered outdoor swimming pool where you will be treated to beautiful 180° views over the Alpilles and Luberon mountain ranges.

In addition to the pool, the villa comes with a number of wellness treatments for guests to enjoy. Located in the annexe building of the property found beside the pool is a wellness area containing a small yoga and gym studio that sits beside the villa's sauna and Hammam.

Les Hauts de Gordes is overflowing with ways to entertain its guests, a fantastic villa for children and adults alike. Within its terrace and gardens, you will be delighted to discover a pétanque court and a panoramic amphitheatre that can be transformed into an outdoor cinema at night, with seating for up to 20. Relax and unwind in the historical borie, oozing with classic Provençal charm, while kids will be entertained by the children's outdoor play area, complete with trampoline, table tennis and slacklines, found beside the family building of the property.

This luxury French villa houses up to 15 guest total, spread across the three buildings and a variety of room configurations. The main house is home to four double bedrooms complete with en-suite shower rooms, while a further two can be found in the annexe building, offering direct access to the outside areas. Finally, the smaller family building offers both a double bedroom and a kid's dormitory, sleeping up to four and sharing a shower room. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which are understated and refined and brimming with charming knick-knacks.

Guests staying at Les Hauts de Gordes will have use of a Kate electric micro-car. There are a further 5-6 parking spaces in addition, as well as 2 EV charging points.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 15 guests.

During LOW SEASON (April, May, September & October) the villa is offered on a bed and breakfast basis, including daily housekeeping and use of an electric cart.

During HIGH SEASON (June, July & August) the villa is offered on a catered basis to include the services of a private chef and maître d'hôtel for six days per week. Food and drinks are charged in addition.

The villa is just 3.5km away from the 12th century monastery Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque and its adjoining lavender fields. Les Hauts de Gordes is also just 3km from the centre of the village of Gordes, where you will find a wide selection of local restaurants in this charming French village.

The villa sits within the Luberon National park, allowing you to explore neighbouring vineyards, Provençal bories, mills and ochre quarries, whether by hiking or biking or with the electric-micro car.
