Las Palmeras is situated next to our other Mediterranean villa Can Totxa, which makes it an ideal choice for groups wanting to holiday together but with the independence their own villa can also bring. The villa is surrounded by manicured gardens, creating lots of space for children to play in. The pool is about 10m away from the house and main terrace and surrounded by a beautiful decked area, parasols provide shade and the 2 tall palm trees give the house its name.
The interior of the house is very stylish, cool neutral tones create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The use of traditional materials is evident in the choice of wood and stone used around the house. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area, separate TV/playroom and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. These areas have access out onto a shaded terrace area with more comfy seating. Stone stairs lead upstairs to the stunning master bedroom, double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has its own terrace with views over the pool, garden and the villas and countryside into the distance.
Price is based on seven nights catered accommodation with exclusive occupancy of the villa. Food is additional charge on a per person basis, please see 'Services' section below.
Location
Las Palmeras is a beautiful villa, which has been recently built in a traditional Mallorcan finca style. It is a five minute drive from the old town of Pollensa and a similar distance to the coast.
Pollensa – shops/restaurants/bars 2km, 5mins. Beaches - 6km, 10mins Palma Airport – 70km 50mins

Services
Las Palmeras is a fully staffed villa with a chef, host and a nanny to look after you during your holiday. Our team pride themselves on ensuring that every aspect of the service is seamless and your every need is anticipated. Your private chef will serve original and mouth-watering dishes from a menu tailored to your tastes, using the freshest local ingredients. Whilst your host will manage every aspect of your holiday, from suggesting and booking local activities or restaurants, to looking after you perfectly as you relax in your villa.
Our villas are fully staffed with a chef and host for 5.5 days of the week. The nanny is available for 5 days per week, for 8 flexible hours per day between 8am and 7pm. Two hours of childcare is available on both your arrival and departure day. If your flights do not allow for this arrangement, 4 hours in total will be offered on either your arrival or departure day. The villas also have a maid service for 6 days per week.
An additional nanny can be requested (subject to availability) from £650 per week for 1 child.
Laundry facilities - €7 per wash.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Our villa staff can make arrangements to fill your time if your arrival or departure times do not correspond with these, for example booking a restaurant for lunch.
