The Golden Beach House can accommodate up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, split between the main house and the guest houses. Thanks to its flexible layout, the villa caters to various group configurations, offering both shared spaces and private quarters. The main house accommodates up to six guests with three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each featuring en-suite bathrooms and direct outdoor access. Two additional guest houses provide independent accommodation for four more guests, complete with sea or garden views and private entrances.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

The Golden Beach House can also be taken on a luxury fully staffed basis. This will include the services of a private chef for daily breakfast, lunch OR dinner and complimentary 1x arrival/departure transfer to the airport/port. Food and drinks charged in addition.

Located on the south-east side of Paros, The Golden Beach House is one of the few villas on the island with direct beachfront access, allowing guests to directly step to the shores of the renowned Golden Beach. The beach is perfectly suitable for swimming, sunbathing and watersports activities. In fact, it hosts the Paros Diving Centre and the Professional Windsurfing World Cup event every August.

Around 20 minutes drive away, guests will reach the lively town of Noussa, while the capital of the island, Paros Town, is around a half hour drive from the villa.
