The Dumaresq Estate is an exclusive retreat showcasing the epitome of luxury living while holding a prime waterfront position facing Antiparos Island. The estate is divided into two sister villas: The North Villa & the South Villa, which can accommodate a total of 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, perfect for two families or groups of friends looking to spend their luxury summer holiday in Paros together. Upon entering the Dumaresq Estate, you will weave amongst the olive trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, leading to two prominent and impressive villas, facing out to azure waters. Wonderfully discrete, private and full of grandeur, this estate feels like a summer haven where your group can completely feel at home. Within the Dumaresq Villas, unparalleled elegance combine with the subtle pastel colours mirroring of the external structure, suggesting a different style from the traditional Cycladic homes. In both villas, the interiors are sophisticated and refined, with a carefully chosen use of high-quality materials and fashionable furnishings. There's a natural flow to both the internal and external living spaces, providing plenty of space to relax or dine with your group. Two sleep lounges feature ample space to relax together, whether in conversation or in front of the TV.

Whilst both villas provide an elegant dining space with large rectangular tables for 8 indoors, you may prefer to dine alfresco to fully take advantage of the many outdoor spots Dumaresq Estate has to offer. Pergolas stretch over two distinct outdoor dining tables with a pool-side bar area, creating the perfect setting where to enjoy a fun Greek BBQ with both groups. For those looking for more quiet, completely unwind in the many outdoor lounge spaces designed to take in of the best views over the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Alternatively, wander around the extensive private garden to appreciate a close connection with nature in total tranquillity.

At the Dumaresq Estate, you will be spoilt for choice from their never ending wellness and entertaining facilities. The two infinity swimming pools will offer the perfect place to relax and refresh after sunbathing on the pool loungers. Alternatively, dive straight into the Aegean Sea from the private jetty to discover the stunning coastline of Paros. If you wish to keep up your workout, head towards the tennis court for a challenging match or to the estate's equipped modern gym.

In total, Dumaresq Estate can accommodate 16 guests across 8 beautifully-decorated bedrooms, split between the North Villa and the South Villa. In both properties, the rooms are carefully designed with the same graceful styles characterising the common areas, guaranteeing a good night of sleep. In the North Villa, the master bedroom features it own private balcony with stunning sea views. The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground level. For those staying in the South Villa, the master bedroom is found on an independent unit from the main villa, together with one double en-suite bedroom. While the last two bedrooms are situated in the main villa floor.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning and sound system is provided throughout the villa. Dumaresq Estate also has its own alarm system and private parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the Estate for up to 16 guests to include full staff services (housekeeping, chef & service staff) as well as private airport/port transfers on arrival/departure. Food and drinks for breakfast, lunches OR dinners service are an additional cost and charged separately.

Paros Airport is conveniently situated just 13 minutes drive from the estate. For your everyday needs and shopping pleasures, the nearest shops are at a similar distance (5 km) from the property, providing convenience and comfort during your stay. Whether you plan to explore Paros further or embark on island-hopping adventures, Parikia Port is 19 minutes by car. Additionally, Pounta Port, another gateway to the Cyclades, is conveniently located at a short 8 minutes drive from the estate.

On your arrival, the villa's friendly staff will assist you during the check in, after a complete tour of the property. Following, you will be welcomed with Champagne Magnum, making you in the right mood for the start of your luxury summer holiday in Greece.

When staying in this divine property on a fully-staffed basis, you will be well looked after by a team of industry professionals who want to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Daily housekeeping is included for 4 hours per day, so you can be sure that the villa is being well looked after throughout your stay. You will find luxury toiletries in every room, and towels are replaced daily, while there is a mid-week linen change. Their expert VIP concierge team will be available before your trip to make sure everything is set for your arrival, as well as during the whole stay at the Dumaresq Estate. From restaurant & beach clubs reservations (excluding pre-paid venues & VIP tables) to charter excursions, everything will be arranged for you.

In addition to all of the above, at the Dumaresq Estate you will be able to enjoy the services of a chef through the stay, providing with daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner (food and drinks charged in addition).
