Jump into the impressive 15m long infinity pool or relax in the bubbles of the nearby outdoor hot tub. Alternatively, spend your day sunbathing by the pool, while taking in the breathtaking panorama. Your wellness experience continues within the villa with a sauna and fitness area offering a final element for rejuvenation. To complete the list of luxurious amenities, the villa also has a traditional 'bodega' where you can select a fine bottle of wine to accompany your meals.

Villa Luz Del Sol can sleep up to 12 guests across six en-suite double bedrooms. All rooms have been lovingly decorated following the same sophisticated and elegant style of the rest of the property. On the first floor, guests will find the two spacious Master Suites, both benefiting from dreamy sea views and a private balcony. Three additional bedrooms are split between the ground and terrace floor, with one of them featuring external access. For any extended family members wishing for further privacy, the fifth bedroom of the villa can be found in the Guest Apartment, together with seating area, kitchenette and en-suite shower room.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property is also fully-fenced and has its own alarm system, as well as laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, there is a private parking available.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and includes full staff services with villa manager, private chef (50 hours per week) and housekeeping. Food and drinks are charged in addition.

Location

Villa Luz del Sol is found in a privileged position, nestled in the rocky cliffs above Cala Llamp in the south-west of Mallorca. Make the most of this beautiful setting of superb sea views and sunsets, whilst also being in easy reach of some of Mallorca's most desirable locations! At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is also wonderfully tranquil and private.

The villa sits just 2 km (5 minutes drive) from the Cala Llamp bay, an idyllic sea swimming spot, and home of the prestigious beach club, Gran Folies. You'll find many beaches in the surrounding area, all within an easy 20 minutes drive. Visit the small beaches of Cala Blanca (8 minutes away) or the popular larger beach of Camp de Mar (10-minutes drive). This is where you will also find the 18-holf Golf course.

Just over 2 km away, is the luxurious Port d'Andratx, with a yachting marina and choice of restaurants and high-end boutiques. Andratx town, located up on the hillside, can also be reached in around 10 minutes. Mallorca Airport and Palma, the island's captivating capital, are located approximately 35 minutes drive from the property.
