On the opposite side, a state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare delicious meals. It also features a breakfast bar on the central island, which is perfect for enjoying small bites or drinks with your chosen cook.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Estevez have been carefully designed with entertainment in mind. An expansive covered terrace, set up with an outdoor dining area, provides the ideal setting for alfresco breakfasts or lunches. In the evenings, make the most of the separate BBQ area, where a canopy and sofa area creates a relaxed space to forge cherished memories with the family. Ideal for afternoon siestas or sunset soirées against the backdrop of the Tramuntana peaks, head to the southeast corner of the garden where a sprawling Bali bed and hammock enclave beckon, offering a peaceful corner for relaxation.

Long days can be spent enjoying Villa Estevez's gardens, where a glorious 15-metre saltwater swimming pool awaits. Everyone can cool off in the refreshing water, whether it's kids splashing around, having fun or adults taking leisurely laps of the pool. Thanks to the villa's lush foliage and fragrant blooms, it will feel like a little tropical paradise. Outside, there is a whole area dedicated for entertainment, with football, basketball, and badminton equipment. On the terrace, you'll also find table tennis, while back inside a separate TV lounge completes the family competition with a pool or air hockey table. There are hours of fun to be had here!

Villa Estevez boasts five elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, including the first master suite which is light, airy and spacious. The remaining three rooms, inlcuding the second master, are upstairs and each boast private balconies, with enchanting views out to the countryside. With luxury furnishings, cosy fabrics and blackout blinds, you are sure to have a good night's sleep. Each en-suite is finished in a fresh contemporary style, giving a tasteful finish for these attractive bedroom suites.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system, private parking and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

Palma Airport is a 50-minute drive from Villa Estevez. To properly explore the island's treasures, a car rental is recommended.
