The Olive Tree Villa Information
This exceptional villa, with its terracotta roof made out of old tiles and decorated with top quality fittings and collector's items, offers a panoramic vista to an undulating valley of olive groves and to the clear blue Ionian sea.
The villa has its private, Tuscan style swimming pool, which extends right into the terrace of the house and together with the beautiful garden and lush greenery that surrounds it, provides a frame for the natural beauty of the place.
Price is based on exclusive occupancy of the villa and its facilities for seven nights for up to 8 guests.
There is a Euro 1,000 security deposit required.
Location
Located in the village of Poriarata, 3km from Peratata village and only 2-3 km drive to 3 blue flagged sandy beaches. The Olive Tree Villa is completely separate from the rest of the estate by a stone wall and by a row of trees that go along the wall in the form of a green fence. Guests are welcomed to enter in the estate, to walk around, visit the old olive mill and to pick fruit from the fruit orchard.

Property Description

Catered Price Includes:
- Full maid service 6 times per week (Including washing and ironing of guests clothes in the afternoons from July 7th to 31st August)
- Maid will prepare and cook breakfast for guests
- Complimentary wine, honey etc on arrival
- Daily pool maintenance
- Weekly gardening
- Cook Service included from 7th July - 31st August preparing breakfast, snacks and 1 main meal per day (Lunch OR Dinner), 6 days a week. Maximum 4 evening meals. Shopping service included, cost of food is charged at local prices
