To one side a sleek modern kitchen and dining area provides a cool space for your group to dine together whilst, tucked around the corner, a cosy lounge with large sofas welcomes you to unwind after a long day of exploring. The whole room is completely glass-fronted giving huge 270° views out over the terrace and to the glistening sea waters beyond.

Leading outside, guests will find a generous amount of outdoor space, including a covered alfresco dining area, large lounge and separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ and raised table. The space is just idyllic and will allow your group to spend hours outdoors enjoying the views and warm temperatures. The villa sits at 1,500m² plot, and is a heavenly-hidden retreat in an island paradise.

To complete the outdoor space, naturally you will find an inviting infinity pool which blends beautifully with the glistening ocean backdrop. Adjacent, you’ll be able to relax on ample sun loungers with parasols offering much needed shade.

Back inside, the Villa Roca Llisa offers 5 wonderful en-suite bedrooms each with inviting views out to the grounds or sea. The bedrooms offer a minimalist and fresh style ensuring they feel cool at night. Each en-suite is contemporary and predominantly open-plan to the suites, giving the rooms a spacious and airy feel.
