Villa Luxe is a contemporary hillside villa amidst the scenic charm of Ibiza's south coast. Spreading across 250m², this luxury Ibizan villa can accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. From its breathtaking vistas and infinity pool to its chic interiors, this exceptional property will be an ideal base for friends and family groups.

As you step inside Villa Luxe, you are greeted by a seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor living. Inside, the single open-plan living space is finished with sleek lines and a minimalist design to create a haven of contemporary elegance. Here, enormous sliding glass doors blur the boundaries between the indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting a gentle breeze and natural light to flood in. Comfortable sofas allow you to relax in style, while an adjacent fully-equipped kitchen will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The breakfast bar provides casual dining inside, while most meals will be enjoyed on the front-facing terrace.

Outside, the grounds are split in two, with a tranquil lawn area and garden sitting to the back of the property, giving the villa a wonderful serene ambience. On the front terrace, the hilly gardens create a luscious border, framing the stunning views of the azure sea waters ahead. To one side of the terrace, a spacious dining area awaits, adorned with a large table that comfortably seats ten and a shade screen providing welcome protection from the sun. Opposite, under the large pergola, is a well-fitted outside lounge providing a comfy place to relax and sip on a refreshing beverage as you take in Ibiza's legendary sunsets, or unwind with your favourite book.

The main highlight of Villa Luxe is the inviting infinity swimming pool. Enjoy a refreshing swim or lounge on one of the plush sunbeds, basking in the warmth of the Ibiza sun as you enjoy sea views that stretch as far as the eye can see.

Villa Luxe can sleep up to 8 guests across four equally chic double bedrooms, exuding serenity and comfort. Decorated in a palette of pristine white, these sanctuaries offer an oasis of tranquillity, where restful nights await. All rooms boast en-suite facilities, ensuring utmost privacy for every guest. The double beds can also be transformed into twins to meet your group's requirements. Finally, each bedroom also features access to a private terrace, where panoramic vistas and moments of quiet contemplation await. Indulge in a leisurely morning coffee as you watch the world awaken.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and private parking. Housekeeping staff live on site.

Location

Villa Luxe is perched on a sun-kissed hillside within the exclusive gated community of Vista Alegre, in Ibiza southern part. The picturesque village and pebbly coves of Es Cubells are a short 10 minutes drive from the property, while the closest beach of Es Torrent can be reached within a 15 minutes walk.

This corner of the island is renowned for having some of the most exclusive beach clubs and best restaurants of Ibiza, allowing you to visit them with ease. The villa is private and discreet, yet the vibrant pulse of Ibiza Town is just half an hour by car from the villa. Cala Jondal and the famous Tropicana beach club are also 9.5km away.

To better discover all of Ibiza's best addresses by road, a car rental is recommended. Ibiza Airport is also a 20-minutes drive from the villa.
