The villa has one bedroom on the ground floor with 2 twin beds and separate 1/2 bath also usable as guest bathroom. On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with shared large bathroom and a stunning master bedroom with en suite bathroom. An additional suite with bedroom and en suite bathroom in a separate building is perfect for extra guests.
Villa Duboka includes kayaks for the whole family. Duboka Bay is a short walk down the garden steps where you will find a private swimming platform with umbrellas and private boat mooring as well as a small pebble beach. The large outdoor summer kitchen with beautiful Brac stone fireplace/BBQ make dining al fresco a treat. Elegant Brac stone sink and counters and indoor kitchen supply everything you need to create the perfect occasion, dinner party or entertaining friends and family.
The property is 2000m2 with pine woods, natural gardens, steps to Duboka Bay, swimming platform with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Private drive. Villa Duboka is part of a solar community designed to respect the nature and beauty of our island and to preserve the environment. Villa Duboka has a small environmental footprint with solar power and generator back up while ensuring guest comfort and use. The villa uses solar power for electricity and hot water, cisterns for water and generators for back up power and large appliances. We ask guests to be environmentally conscientious during their stay.
Please note that this is an eco-friendly, solar powered villa. The electricity works very well on the solar system, with a simple generator backup. However, anything with a heating element or coil (Hair dryers etc) can only be used at the designated outlet in the villa.
Price is based on seven nights accommodation with exclusive occupancy of villa for up to 10 guests.

- Optionally we can arrange transfers direct by speed boat or taxi from the airport in Split (Additional charge applies)
