The interiors of Villa Cascadia oozes an elegant decor complemented with modern and stylish furnishings, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable space to come together. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed by a spacious living area where floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light from every angle. Catch up with one another on the large L-shaped sofa, ideal for socialising while taking in the stunning seascapes, or sit around the central dining table for replenishing meals together. Adjacent, the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a sleek marble breakfast bar, is ideal for preparing homely dishes together.

The open-air layout of Villa Cascadia allows guests to fully take advantage of the stunning surroundings. A south-facing terrace with an alfresco dining area sets the perfect stage for romantic dinners under starry skies or fun barbecues with the whole group. For more tranquil moments, head to one of the villa's multiple lounge areas with your favourite cocktail in hand while appreciating the soothing sound of waves. Alternatively, spend your days relaxing in the 31m² pool, making the most of a refreshing swim. There are plenty of loungers surrounding the pool, allowing you to top up your tan and unwind too.

Back inside the villa, the cosy TV lounge offers a comfy place to enjoy slower start to your day, catching up on the news or a favourite show. For families travelling with kids, it can also be transformed into a children's play room, so toys and games can be left out to return to.

Villa Cascadia can accommodate up to 8 guests across four double bedrooms, each complete of their own en-suite facilities. Split between two floors, all rooms convey a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, and mirror the modern and minimalistic style of the rest of the property. To ensure your days always start with a memorable background, all rooms feature sea views. One of the bedrooms can be set up as twin beds, providing greater flexibility to match your group's configuration.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as private parking for one car.

While staying at Villa Cascadia, guests will also have access to the 5* Maslina Resort, a private oasis across 2 hectares, enveloped in olive groves, lush pine forest and the crystalline Adriatic coastline. Villa Cascadia is located around a 2-hour boat transfer from Split Airport. The island is connected to the mainland and other neighbouring islands by regular boat services from 4 harbours, providing access for both cars and pedestrians. There is a small island airfield for private planes (max 6 passengers).
