Le Pin Seul is spacious and comfortable, consisting of five bedrooms in the main house, with two further rooms in an adjacent guest cottage. White-wash walls, terracotta tiled floors and large airy windows are classical Provencale, with further characterful touches evident throughout the house, including open fire-places in the living areas, oak-beamed ceilings and a splendid country kitchen with seating for up to 12 guests.
The house is otherwise completely modernised, with features including WiFi, Satellite TV and air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms: the master bedroom and an additional double bedroom, both of which also have a private terrace.
A further two double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the main house, with an additional room with bathroom available on the lower ground floor, more simple in style but perfectly adequate for a nanny or driver.
In the grounds, a guest house is entirely independent, has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and private terrace. There is an outdoor gated swimming pool, gardens and beautiful views of the Esterel mountains.
Location

Equally lovely Valbonne retains its 16th century character and neat symmetry based in Roman cities. Life here centres on the Place des Arcades, surrounded by café terraces and little shops.
