The interior of Villa Eytan effortlessly blends traditional whitewashed walls with a modern, Bohemian-inspired flair. Soft pastel tones harmonise seamlessly with luxurious furnishings, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for ultimate relaxation. Expansive sliding doors bathe the living area in natural light, with a plush sofa strategically positioned to capture the panoramic views that stretch over the water toward the uninhabited island of Despotiko. Opposite, a striking reclaimed wood dining table sits beneath a contemporary feature mirror, offering an elegant setting for shared meals. Outside, Villa Eytan features a private infinity pool that almost seamlessly blends with the Aegean waters that lay beyond, seducing you in for a refreshing dip as you soak up the surroundings. Take a moment to relax and choose from an array of outdoor lounging options that surround the pool, from floating sun loungers, to quaint deck chairs, or cosy communal seating areas. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find an alfresco dining area, offering a shaded haven with stunning views over the sparkling waters.

Comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests across eight beautifully appointed bedrooms. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, echoing the villa's elegant decor with natural, subtle tones and luxurious furnishings, all complemented by breathtaking sea views. Settle into the soft linen sheets with a comforting brew and unwind as the sun sets and the stars emerge. The master suite includes its own private living area, while every bedroom is equipped with convenient en-suite facilities for added comfort and privacy. Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 16 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Villa Eytan can also be taken on a luxury fully staffed basis, at extra cost. This will include the services of a private chef for daily breakfast, lunch OR dinner. Food and drinks charged in addition.

Location

Located on the southern end of Antiparos, nestled in the enchanting area of St. Georges, Villa Eytan boasts a prime position with expansive sea views over the Aegean Sea and across to the neighbouring uninhabited island of Despotiko. The closest beach to the villa is only 300m away, accessed by an easy walk down from the elevated position of Villa Eytan.

There is a small selection of fantastic restaurants located nearby, via a comfortable 15-minute stroll along the waterfront. For additional amenities and other popular beachs, Paralia Soros is a 4-minute drive away, which features the vibrant Soros Beach Club, alongside Paralia Apantima being 5-minutes away by car. The Caves of Antiparos are located 7-minutes away by car, a perfect option for those wanting some adventure.

Antiparos Town (or Chora), the island's charming capital, is a 13-minute drive away, offering a vibrant local scene with a good choice of shops, restaurants and bars. If arriving by boat from one of the neighbouring Islands, Antiparos Port is also located 13-minutes away, guaranteeing a seamless and stress-free transfer to the property.

When staying in this property on a self-catered basis, they want to ensure that your stay remains as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Daily housekeeping is included (staff live-in), so you can be sure that the villa is being well looked after throughout your stay. You will find luxury toiletries in every room, while linen is changed mid-week and towels are changed two times a week. The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an extra cost. With the assistance of the team, you will be free to explore all that this exclusive island has to offer and take full advantage of the best bars and restaurants in Antiparos. Their expert concierge team will be available before your trip to make sure everything is set for your arrival. They will be glad to help you get your restaurants reservations in place before your trip (as these can book up!). Everything else can be discussed on an 'À la carte basis', subject to extra charge.

Alternatively, Villa Eytan can be rented with a fully staffed package with a family style chef team on hand to cater for your stay. The chef and assistant will provide daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner (food and drinks charged in addition), giving you 2 hours per sitting to sit back, relax and enjoy mealtimes together. Catered stays also receive an enhanced concierge service, where not only pre-arrival planning takes place but reservations for restaurants, beach clubs and any extra services or activities can be amended/added during your trip too. Finally, for extra convenience, you will also benefit from a complimentary arrival/departure transfer from the villa to the port (up to 12 people).
