Villa El Soto Information
This beautiful villa has 180° spectacular sea views that include Gibraltar, Africa, and Sierra Nevada. Offering all modern amenities and was totally rebuilt in 2000, this is a 1,000 sq.m peaceful and private villa. The villa has a central air conditioning and heater system. TV Satellite and Stereo provided. The villa features a large mature garden with swimming pool and 200 M2 furnisher’s terrace. There are spectacular sea views from Master bed room, terrace and garden.
Ground Floor:
Large living room with fireplace and sea view. Large family room, large fully equipped kitchen, walk in fridge and laundry room. Dining room for 16 guests. 6 twin/double bedrooms and bathrooms suites, some facing the sea (Limited views). Main bedrooms have TV and WiFi Internet access (computer/laptop is not provided).
Basement
10 X 5 m home cinema room and snooker/bar room. 8 X 5 m.
Separate apartment with bedroom, lounge/kitchenette and bathroom.
First Floor:
Very large master bedroom with two queen-size beds and bathroom suite. Spectacular sea view, 200 M2 furnisher’s terrace.
Central heater and Air Conditioning in every room. TV, Stereo, Internet WiFi access.
Prices are based on seven nights catered accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. 2 weekly bookings only in July & August, flexibility in arrival and departure days in our of season, please enquire.
Price does not include the downstairs apartment, this is an additional €560 per week.
N.B. There will be a €2,000 security damage deposit required on arrival to the villa

Malaga is 30 minutes drive, Seville and Granada 2 hours. Tanger (Morocco) can be reached in 1 hour by hovercraft. Closest international Airports are Gibraltar (20 minutes), Malaga and Jerez de la Frontera at 1 hour. Shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes drive by car

Catered Price Includes:
- Exclusive use of the villa and its facilities for 7 nights for up to 14 guests (7 bedrooms not including the apartment)
- Electricity, gas and heating (Air conditioning at moderate use)
- Maid service to clean the house and rooms 6 days per week (6 hours/day 9am - 4pm, bedroom cleaning starts at 10am). N.B. day off on Sunday and Bank Holiday
- Local Spanish cook, to prepare and cook local cuisine 6 days a week (8 hours a day, 6 days a week) for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Flexible times) N.B. Labour included only, food and beverages charged at cost price
- Gardener who looks after the grounds and the swimming pool
- Final cleaning at the end of your stay
Additional services available at a supplement:
• Additional hours for maid and cook, on request at client cost (Euro €15/hr)
• Private motor boat available from the Sotogrande marina (Rinker for 8 persons). The boat has Wakeboard, skis and ring. Price is €50 per hour which includes a skipper, plus the cost of fuel on top as consumed. Rental at clients risk
• Laundry is available on request
